Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce\u0161ki premijer je tom prilikom rekao da je ponuda KHNP-a (Korea Hydro &amp; Nuclear Power) bila \u201cbolja u gotovo svakom aspektu\u201d od konkurentske &#8211; ponude francuskog EDF-a i procenjuje se da \u0107e cena jedne reaktorske jedinice biti oko 8,6 milijardi dolara.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugovor \u0107e biti potpisan marta slede\u0107e godine i o\u010dekuje se da \u0107e prva reaktorska jedinica biti operativna 2036. a druga dve godine kasnije. Obe \u0107e biti locirane u gradu Dukovani gde se ve\u0107 nalaze dve operativne reaktorske jedinice VVER tipa. Eventualne jo\u0161 tri reaktorske jedinice &#8211; o kojima \u0107e se u budu\u0107e voditi pregovori &#8211; bile bi, pak, locirane blizu grada Temelin. Prema navodima, ovakvo \u201cvezivanje\u201d ugovora moglo bi u kona\u010dnici da pojeftini izradu tih budu\u0107ih reaktora za \u010dak 25%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ina\u010de, ovo je prva reaktorska jedinica koju \u0107e Ju\u017enokorejska kompanija graditi u inostranstvu posle gotovo 15 godina i ta se kompanija poslednjih godina \u010desto uzima i kao primer dobre organizacije &#8211; ve\u0107ina reaktorskih jedinica koje je gradila izgra\u0111ene su u rekordno kratkim rokovima.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To, me\u0111utim, nije, izgleda, bilo samo do kompanije: u Ju\u017enoj Koreji javnost ve\u0107inski podr\u017eava nuklearnu energiju, a pomeranju rokova &#8211; koje, opet, uveliko uslovljava i astronomske cene projekata &#8211; najvi\u0161e doprinose administrativne ko\u010dnice i otpori javnosti.<br><br>I to, naravno nije sve.
