Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Curenje je prime\u0107eno oko 4:10 \u010dasova ujutru po lokalnom vremenu, a radnici su preventivno zaustavili (skremovali) reaktor samo 15 minuta kasnije. Prema zvani\u010dnom saop\u0161tenju operatera, ispu\u0161tena para nije sadr\u017eala radioaktivni materijal i nije zabele\u017een nikakav uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu izvan samog postrojenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reaktor &#8220;veteran&#8221; pod lupom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj incident je posebno zna\u010dajan zbog statusa samog reaktora. Jedinica broj 3 elektrane Mihama pu\u0161tena je u rad jo\u0161 1976. godine. To je bio prvi reaktor u Japanu kojem je odobren rad du\u017ei od 40 godina prema stro\u017eim pravilima uvedenim nakon katastrofe u Fuku\u0161imi 2011. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako su japanski propisi generalno ograni\u010dili \u017eivotni vek reaktora na \u010detiri decenije, uvedena je mogu\u0107nost produ\u017eenja rada za dodatnih 20 godina uz stroge bezbednosne provere. Mihama 3 je bila &#8220;ogledni primer&#8221; te nove politike, dok se preostala dva ne\u0161to starija reaktora u istom kompleksu trenutno nalaze u procesu dekomisije (trajnog ga\u0161enja).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ina\u010de, u Mihami je trenutno operativan jedan reaktor sa vodom pod pritiskom, snage 780 megavata koji je u rad pu\u0161ten 1976. godine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neizvesnost oko ponovnog pokretanja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kansai Electric Power jo\u0161 uvek nije izdao zvani\u010dnu procenu kada bi reaktor mogao da bude vra\u0107en na mre\u017eu.
