Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuklearna komisija za bezbednost (NSSC) potvrdila je da su sve neophodne inspekcije zavr\u0161ene 10. aprila, dok je sam reaktor uspe\u0161no startovao dva dana kasnije. Prema planu, snaga reaktora \u0107e se postepeno pove\u0107avati u narednih \u0161est meseci.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komercijalni radse o\u010dekuje se u drugoj polovini 2026. godine, nakon \u0161to se zavr\u0161e testovi performansi i bezbednosti i kada dostigne punu snagu, Saeul 3 \u0107e pokrivati oko 1,7% ukupne potro\u0161nje struje u Ju\u017enoj Koreji, odnosno \u010dak 37% potreba grada Ulsana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ina\u010de, izgradnja je po\u010dela 2017. godine, ali je bila privremeno obustavljena na tri meseca zbog promene vladine politike. Ipak, specijalni komitet je krajem te godine glasao za nastavak radova (59,5% glasova za), navode\u0107i stabilnost snabdevanja energijom kao primarni razlog &#8211; a sve ovo \u010dini Seaul 3 jednim od br\u017ee izgra\u0111enih blokova nuklearnih elektrana izvan Kine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mi jo\u0161 dodajemo da je reaktor tipa APR-1400 vode\u0107i ju\u017enokorejski dizajn koji se ve\u0107 uspe\u0161no koristi.
