Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako je operator prenosnog sistema PJM signalizirao da bi neophodne nadogradnje mre\u017ee mogle odlo\u017eiti priklju\u010denje reaktora do 2031. godine, izvr\u0161ni direktor Constellation-a, D\u017eozef Domingez, uverava investitore da plan ostaje nepromenjen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da bi zaobi\u0161li decenijsko \u010dekanje na nove dalekovode, Constellation je podneo zahtev Federalnoj komisiji za regulaciju energije (FERC) za transfer prava na ubrizgavanje kapaciteta. Plan je da se prava koja trenutno koristi njihova termoelektrana Eddystone (koja radi na gas i naftu) bukvalno \u201epreprave\u201c na nuklearku Crane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Termoelektrana Eddystone je trebalo da bude uga\u0161ena pro\u0161le godine, ali je dr\u017eava dr\u017ei u \u017eivotu prinudnim nalozima zbog energetske stabilnosti. Constellation sada \u017eeli da iskoristi tu postoje\u0107u \u201erupu\u201c u mre\u017ei kako bi kroz nju pustio 835 megavata \u010diste nuklearne energije namenjene Microsoft-ovim data centrima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj slu\u010daj je paradigmati\u010dan za globalnu energetsku scenu iz nekoliko razloga a mi izdvajamo tri. Mre\u017ea sve vi\u0161e predstavlja usko grlo; privatni kapital diktira tempo (Microsoft je potpisao ugovor na 20 godina i njima struja treba sada, a ne 2031. godine.
