Ovo je drugi poku\u0161aj pokretanja nakon \u0161to je pro\u0161lomese\u010dni slu\u010daj \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/nuklearnaperspektiva.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/22\/kariva-ipak-ne-radi\/\">\u0161tucanja<\/a>\u201c sistema privremeno zaustavio proces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1012\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/nuklearnaperspektiva.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Kashiwazaki-Kariwa_04780017_8388173865.jpg\" alt=\"Kashiwazaki-Kariwa. Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvobitni poku\u0161aj restartovanja po\u010deo je 21. januara, ali je reaktor zaustavljen samo jedan dan kasnije. Detaljnom istragom utvr\u0111en je elektri\u010dni problem unutar kontrolne table koja slu\u017ei za nadzor kontrolnih \u0161ipki reaktora. Kako navodi The Japan Times, problem je bio u pogre\u0161nom o\u010ditavanju unutar jednog od panela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eSmatram da je bila moja odgovornost da donesem odluku o ga\u0161enju kako bismo sproveli dublju istragu\u201c, izjavio je Takejuki Inagaki, upravnik postrojenja. Zbog ovog zastoja, planirani ulazak u komercijalni rad pomeren je sa 26. februara na 18. mart 2026. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povratak Kashiwazaki-Kariwa na mre\u017eu klju\u010dan je za Japan iz nekoliko razloga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Energetska bezbednost: Smanjenje zavisnosti od skupog uvoza fosilnih goriva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dekarbonizacija: Postizanje ciljeva smanjenja emisije ugljen-dioksida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rastu\u0107a tra\u017enja: Obezbe\u0111ivanje stabilne bazne energije za industriju.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Budu\u0107i da je Tepco operater koji je upravljao elektranom Fuku\u0161ima tokom nesre\u0107e 2011. godine, svaki korak u Kashiwazaki-Kariwa se prati pod lupom javnosti i regulatora, pa su tako i Japanski mediji &#8211; i oni koji se smatraju medijima koji nuklearnu energiju podr\u017eavaju i oni za koje se dr\u017ei da joj se protive &#8211; sa pa\u017enjom pratili proces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ina\u010de, blok 6 je prvi od sedam reaktora na ovoj lokaciji koji se vra\u0107a u funkciju, dok je blok 7 ve\u0107 dobio neophodna odobrenja regulatornog tela za slede\u0107i restart, stariji blokovi sigurno ne\u0107e biti restartovani.
