Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ova lokacija ima dugu nuklearnu istoriju \u2013 reaktor snage 566 megavata je ovde radio skoro \u010detiri decenije (1974\u20132013), ali se trenutno nalazi u fazi dekomisije (rastavljanja), nakon \u0161to je uga\u0161en 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vest izdvajamo zbog toga \u0161to reflektuje trend koji je ve\u0107 prisutan: izgradnja na prostoru na kojem su u pro\u0161losti ve\u0107 bile locirane nuklearne elektrane. U praksi, to zna\u010di da umesto da se lokacija nakon zatvaranja stare elektrane trajno napusti, zainteresovane stranke (u ovom slu\u010daju to su EnergySolutions i WEC Energy Group) planiraju da iskoriste postoje\u0107u infrastrukturu za slede\u0107u generaciju reaktora, \u0161to mo\u017ee ubrzati proces dobijanja dozvola (jer ne mora da se dobija dozvola za lokaciju): kori\u0161\u0107enje lokacije koja ve\u0107 ima priklju\u010dke na mre\u017eu i odobrenja za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine drasti\u010dno skra\u0107uje vreme i smanjuje tro\u0161kove.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I izdvajamo zbog jo\u0161 jedne stvari: najte\u017ei deo gradnje nove nuklearke je najverovatnije \u201cube\u0111ivanje\u201d lokalne zajednice u prihvatljivost ove tehnologije.
