Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo je prvi izgra\u0111eni i zavr\u0161eni reaktor VVER-TOI dizajna \u2013 najnovije generacije ruskih lakovodnih reaktora pod pritiskom (hla\u0111eni i moderirani vodompod pritiskom). U odnosu na prethodne generacije (VVER-1200), ovaj model donosi ve\u0107u snagu, du\u017ei \u017eivotni vek opreme i naprednu kombinaciju pasivnih i aktivnih sistema bezbednosti, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i tu i \u201ehvata\u010d jezgra\u201c u eventualnom slu\u010daju topljenja jezgra (core meltdown localiser).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A izgradnja Kurska II na zapadu Rusije ima strate\u0161ki cilj: zamenu \u010detiri starija RBMK-1000 bloka koji su decenijama pokretali ovaj region. Prva dva stara bloka su ve\u0107 uga\u0161ena (2021. i 2024. godine), a novi VVER-TOI blokovi \u0107e obezbediti ne samo kontinuitet, ve\u0107 i zna\u010dajno ve\u0107u efikasnost i sigurnost. Naime, RBMK su reaktori koji su prema dizajnu moderirani grafitom i hla\u0111eni vodom i ti se reaktori smatraju manje bezbednim reaktorima u odnosu na reaktoore sa vodom pod pritiskom, prvenstveno zbog \u201cpozitivnog koeficijenta \u0161upljine\u201d &#8211; fenomena u kojem reaktovnost raste u slu\u010daju gubitka rashladne te\u010dnosti, \u0161to je i bio primarni uzrok \u010cernobiljske nuklearne katastrofe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrej Petrov, prvi zamenik generalnog direktora Rosatoma, naglasio je da je ovaj uspeh rezultat rada desetina hiljada ljudi od 2018. godine:\u201eNovi blok \u0107e pove\u0107ati proizvodnju nuklearne energije za vi\u0161e od 50% kako bi se zadovoljile potrebe Kurske oblasti i osigurao stabilan rad Jedinstvenog energetskog sistema, garantuju\u0107i njegovu stabilnost i napredak.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A VVER-TOI je trenutno najsna\u017eniji reaktor u ruskom sistemu, nadma\u0161uju\u0107i za 50 megavata ranije reaktore VVER-1200 koji se, na primer, nalaze u nuklearnoj elektrani Lenjingrad II i koji su tako\u0111e zamenili starije RBMK reaktore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VVER-TOI je projektovan da traje najmanje 60 godina, uz mogu\u0107nost produ\u017eenja rada, \u0161to ga \u010dini stubom energetske mre\u017ee do kraja 21. veka.
