Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kursk II je nova nuklearna elektrana locirana oko 60 kilometara od granice sa Ukrajinom, koja \u0107e, prema planu, biti opremljena sa ukupno \u010detiri VVER-TOI reaktora, najnovijim ruskim reaktorima sa lakom vodom. Tip koji \u0107e biti instaliran u Kursku je opremljen usavr\u0161enim reaktroskim posudama \u0161to mu omogu\u0107ava da generi\u0161e 1300 megavata po reaktoru.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kursk II \u0107e zameniti u potpunosti NE Kursk u kojoj su instalirani RBMK reaktori koji se u Rusiji postepeno gase &#8211; prvi blok Kursk I je uga\u0161en posle u decembru 2021, posle 45 godina na mre\u017ei.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izgradnja prvog bloka Kurska II po\u010dela je 2018. godine, a betonski radovi na spoljnjoj kupoli prvog bloka su zavr\u0161eni u avgustu 2023.
