Foto: Wikimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovim potezom se najavljuje intenzivniji rad na projektu budu\u0107eg bugarskog reaktora. Ine\u010de, blokovi 1, 2, 3 i 4 u Kozloduju su bili sovjetski VVER-440 dizajni, snage 440 megavata, koje je BUgarska morala da ugasi ne bi li mogla da se u\u010dlani u Evropsku uniju. Blokovi 5 i 6 su opremljeni reaktorima VVER-1000 dizajna, obezbe\u0111uju oko 35% elektri\u010dne energije bugarske i u rad su pu\u0161teni 1987. i 1991. godine, nakon \u010dega su im i produ\u017eene licence sa 30 na 60 godina&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon \u0161to je Bugarska odlu\u010dila da smanji zavisnost od Rusije, za partnera za izgradnju budu\u0107e dve reaktorske jedinice je izabran Vestinghausov AP1000 dizajn, snage 1000 megavata.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema planovima, trebalo bi da 7 blok AP1000 u Kozloduju bude u funkciji do 2035. a drugi do 2037.
