Prema planovima, ovaj deo instalacije bi trebalo da se zavr\u0161i do kraja ove godine, a da ugradnja turbine i generatora po\u010dne slede\u0107e godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de celog projekta BREST-OD-300 do sada je na ovom naprednom projektu zavr\u0161en rashladni toranj i za\u0161titna zgrada oko reaktora a plan je da ovaj napredni projekat po\u010dne sa radom 2026. godine.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ina\u010de, ovaj \u0107e reaktor \u2013 koje se nalazi u Seversku \u2013 koristiti osiroma\u0161eni uranijum (nusproizvod procesa oboga\u0107ivanja) i plutonijum koji \u0107e se u okviru integrisanog industrijskog procesa izdvajati iz ve\u0107 utro\u0161enog nuklearnog goriva pa bi tako ovo postrojenje predstavljalo jedan od koraka (i tehni\u010dkih re\u0161enja) ka zatvaranju uranijumskog gorivnog ciklusa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema informacijama koje se mogu prona\u0107i o ovom veoma naprednom projektu mo\u017ee se zaklju\u010diti da se radi o brzom oplodnom (brider) reaktoru koji za hla\u0111enje i transfer toplote koristi te\u010dno olovo na temperaturi od 540 stepeni celzijusa i ima snagu od 300 megavata. A po\u0161to je ta\u010dka klju\u010danja olova izuzetno visoka \u2013 u pitanju je inherentno siguran dizajn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ina\u010de, devetnaestog aprila na ovaj reaktor je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.world-nuclear-news.org\/Articles\/Middle-tier-of-containment-installed-for-Brest-OD\">postavljen<\/a> i drugi od ukupno tri segmenta kupole za\u0161titne strukture oko samog reaktora. Prema dizajnu, ovo \u0107e postrojenje imati ukupno tri za\u0161titne spoljne strukture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BREST-OD-300 je veoma napredni tehnolo\u0161ki demonstrator i deo je strate\u0161kog projekta <em>Proryv<\/em> (Prodor) koji se bavi tehnologijama koje \u0107e omogu\u0107iti zatvaranje gorivnog ciklusa. Plan je da se nakon deset godina operacija ovog reaktora pristupi izradi sli\u010dnog (BREST-1200) ali snage oko 1200 megavata, \u010dime bi on postao i najmo\u0107niji brzi reaktor u operaciji i najve\u0107i brider reaktor jo\u0161 od zatvaranja brzog oplodnog reaktora Superfeniks u Francuskoj krajem devedesetih.
